2. Pay the required fees to The Vedic Living using a debit/credit card or through an online banking account. The User warrants, agrees, and confirms that:
   • They are fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit/debit card or bank account for the transactions.
   • They are responsible for ensuring that the card/bank account details provided are accurate.
   • They will ensure that sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/bank account at the time of making the payment to cover the dues or bills selected, inclusive of the applicable fees.
3. If any part of these Terms of Usage is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including, but not limited to, warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms of Usage shall continue in effect.

Such Service Providers (Astrologers) may occasionally recommend mantras, jantras, gemstones, or other astrological remedies. These recommendations are made in good faith by the astrologers. However, The Vedic Living and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no warranties that:
   • The service will meet your requirements.
   • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
   • The results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
   • The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through the service will meet your expectations.
   • Any errors in the software will be corrected.
